This is my 27th year teaching. My experience includes Kindergarten, First and Second grades.  I began my career in 1988 in Phoenix, Arizona. After moving to Georgia, I accepted a position at Factory Shoals Elementary. In 1995, I moved to the old Bill Arp and then my current position at the new Bill Arp.

My family consists of my husband Mike and 3 grown children. My son Sean is 33 and a practicing lawyer in Atlanta. He is married to Megan who is a graphic designer.  My son Jeff is 27 and a graduate of University of Georgia. Jeff works as the Lead Vet Assistant at his animal hospital and helps with our many furry friends. My daughter Amy is 23 and currently pursuing her degree from the University of Georgia.

My husband and I enjoy playing competitive tennis and watching sports.

Our family also includes rescue animals named Lucy, Chance, Jax and cats named Scout and Gracie.
