Bio

After graduating from Valdosta State University in 2002, I began teaching in Valdosta, Ga.  After three and a half years there, I decided to move back home to Douglasville where I grew up.  In 2006 I moved to Bill Arp where I taught 3rd grade for 4 years. In 2010 I left 3rd grade to teach in the Special Education department at Bill Arp. In May of 2009 I was selected as Bill Arp's Teacher of the Year for the 2009-2010 school year. What an honor to be chosen for such a wonderful award.

I feel blessed to have a wonderful family. I have been married to my wonderful wife, Heather, in October of 2009.  Heather and I have 4 wonderful children.  They keep us laughing and on our toes constantly.
