Transportation changes must be sent in via note or fax before 2:00pm. Emails and phone calls will not be accepted. 

Making Transportation Changes via Fax

Please note: if you are making changes to your child's transportation via fax, you must fax the note indicating the change AND you must also fax a copy of your photo identification (i.e., Driver's license).
